雷珠单抗联合丝裂霉素应用于小梁切除术中治疗青光眼的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察雷珠单抗联合丝裂霉素应用于小梁切除术中治疗青光眼的临床疗效。方法:选取佛山市第二人民医院眼科患有青光眼需行小梁切除术的患者(2019年4月-2020年4月),随机分为术中单纯应用丝裂霉素的对照组(15例)与雷珠单抗联合丝裂霉素治疗的试验组(15例)。观察患者术后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月最佳矫正视力、眼压、滤过泡分型,以及手术成功率、并发症发生率。结果:两组视力变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),眼压变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),手术成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组Ⅱ型滤过泡比例高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:青光眼患者在小梁切除术中采用雷珠单抗联合丝裂霉素治疗,能有效降低眼压,延缓术后瘢痕化进程。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of trabeculectomy combined with Ranibizumab and Mitomycin C in the treatment of glaucoma.Method:Patients with glaucoma who need trabeculectomy in the Second People’s Hospital of Foshan from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(15 cases)treated with Mitomycin C alone and experimental group(15 cases)treated with Ranibizumab combined with Mitomycin C.The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),intraocular pressure(IOP),filtering bleb classification,operation success rate and complication rate were observed at 1 week,1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation.Result:There was no significant difference in visual acuity,intraocular pressure,the success rate of surgery between two groups(P>0.05).The proportion of typeⅡfiltering bleb in the experimental group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Trabeculectomy combined with Ranibizumab and Mitomycin C can effectively reduce intraocular pressure and delay the process of scarring after trabeculectomy.
