摘 要:目的:探讨大肠癌患者体内大肠埃希菌、双歧杆菌水平与大肠癌临床病理特征的相关性。方法:选取2018年12月-2019年12月本院就诊的大肠癌患者60例作为大肠癌组。选取同期本院体检中心健康体检的50例健康者作为对照组。收集两组粪便并提取DNA,采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)测定菌群数量,并比较两组大肠埃希菌、双歧杆菌水平,分析大肠埃希菌、双歧杆菌与大肠癌临床病理特征的相关性。结果:大肠癌组大肠埃希菌水平明显高于对照组,双歧杆菌明显低于对照组(P<0.01);大肠癌患者不同年龄、性别、肿瘤位置大肠埃希菌、双歧杆菌水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同分化程度、TNM分期的大肠埃希菌、双歧杆菌水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经Pearson相关性分析,大肠癌患者大肠埃希菌、双歧杆菌与分化程度和TNM分期呈明显相关(P<0.01),但与年龄、性别、肿瘤位置无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:大肠癌患者体内的大肠埃希菌明显升高,双歧杆菌显著降低,且大肠埃希菌水平与大肠癌分化程度和TNM分期呈明显相关。Objective:To investigate the correlation between the levels of Escherichia coli and Bifidobacteria and the clinicopathological features of colorectal cancer.Method:Sixty colorectal cancer patients admitted to our hospital from December of 2018 to December of 2019 were selected as the colorectal cancer group.A total of 50 healthy subjects in the physical examination center of our hospital were selected as the control group.The feces of the two groups were collected and DNA was extracted.Fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR)was used to determine the number of bacteria.The levels of Escherichia coli and Bifidobacteria in the two groups were compared,and the correlation between Escherichia coli and Bifidobacteria and the clinicopathological characteristics of colorectal cancer was analyzed. Result: The levels of Escherichia coli and Bifidobacteria in the colorectal cancer group were significantly higherthan those in the control group (P<0.01). There were no significant differences in age, gender, tumor location factors of levels of Escherichia coli and Bifidobacteriain colorectal cancer patients (P>0.05). The differentiation degree and TNM stage factors of Escherichia coli and Bifidobacteria levels were statistically significant(P<0.01). The Escherichia coli and bifidobacterium in colorectal cancer patients were correlated with the degree of differentiation and TNM stage by pearsoncorrelation analysis (P<0.01), but not with age, gender or tumor location (P>0.05). Conclusion: The level of Escherichia coli is significantly increased andBifidobacterium is significantly decreased in colorectal cancer patients. The level of Escherichia coli is significantly correlated with the differentiation degree andTNM stage of colorectal cancer.
