摘　　要：目的:探讨腔镜辅助下小切口甲状腺手术对甲状腺良性肿瘤的治疗作用。方法:选择2018年6月~2019年6月本院收治的100例甲状腺良性肿瘤患者作为本次研究入组对象,根据随机数字表随机分为两组,每组各50例,对照组患者采用甲状腺开放手术治疗,观察组采用腔镜辅助下小切口甲状腺手术治疗。结果:观察组各项指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腔镜辅助下小切口甲状腺手术对甲状腺良性肿瘤的治疗效果优于传统手术。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of endoscopic assisted small incision thyroid surgery on benign thyroid tumors.Methods:100 patients with benign thyroid tumors treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 50 patients in each group.The thyroid gland was opened for surgery.The study group underwent endoscopic thyroid surgery with a small incision.Results:The indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic assisted small incision thyroid surgery is better than traditional surgery in the treatment of benign thyroid tumors.
