经消化内镜治疗胃十二指肠出血的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察经消化内镜治疗胃十二指肠出血的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年3月~2019年6月在本院就诊治疗的58例胃十二指肠出血患者为研究对象。将患者随机分为观察组29例和对照组29例。对照组采用奥美拉唑,观察组采用消化内镜治疗,分析疗效。结果:观察组治疗与恢复情况优于对照组;生活质量水平均高于对照组;并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经消化内镜行氩离子凝固手术能有效改善胃十二指肠出血患者的病情。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of gastroduodenal hemorrhage treated by endoscopy.Methods:A total of 58 patients with gastroduodenal bleeding who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the conventional group.The conventional group was treated with omeprazole,and the experimental group was treated with digestive endoscopy to analyze the efficacy.Results:The treatment and recovery of the experimental group was better than that of the conventional group;the quality of life was higher than that of the conventional group;the incidence of complications was lower than the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients with gastroduodenal hemorrhage can be effectively improved by endoscopic argon coagulation.
