摘 要:设计了一个集光学、电学、力学和计算机技术于一体的测量带材微位移的实验仪器系统。将带材微位移的变化值通过光通量的变化量来进行变换和测量,该光通量变化量运用受光光敏电阻实现测量,以电阻大小表征,由于测量电阻误差较大,所以受光光敏电阻再与同型号遮光光敏电阻接在电桥电路,这样光通量的差动值通过桥路中的检流信号表征,为了进一步减小误差,检流信号直接接入转换放大电路,以电压信号输出,输出的电压信号利用Arduino系统处理,并以二进制计数显示。最后利用拟合方法推导了微位移变化值与计算机二进制计数的关系公式,从而实现带材微位移的数字化测量。因为运用电桥平衡方法、放大电路和二进制计数,三个联动环节,所以提高了测量的准确性。为其他物体微位移的测量提供了一种方法。An experimental instrument system for measuring the micro displacement of strip is designed,which integrates optics,electricity,mechanics and computer technology.The change value of the micro displacement of the strip is transformed and measured by the change value of the luminous flux.The change value of the luminous flux is measured by the photoresist,which is characterized by the resistance.Because the measurement error is large,the photoresist is connected to the bridge circuit with the same type of light shielded photoresist,so the differential value of the luminous flux is characterized by the current detection signal in the bridge circuit,which is the error is further reduced.The current detection signal is directly connected to the conversion and amplification circuit.The output voltage signal is processed by Arduino system and displayed by binary count.Finally,the relationship between the micro displacement change value and the computer binary counting is derived by using the fitting method,so as to realize the digital measurement of the micro displacement of the strip.Because of the use of bridge balance method,amplification circuit and binary counting,three linkage links,so improve the accuracy of measurement.It provides a method for measuring the micro displacement of other objects.
