摘　　要：“立德树人”为新时代教育任务之根本。打造一支素质过硬的思政课教师队伍是思政课教育教学得以实现的根本保证。良好的教师形象有利于思政理论课教师队伍的建设。思政课教师要成为具有较高素养的“理论家”,要成为专业型的领军人才,要强化德行修养,成为学生的道德楷模,这样才能使学生信服,实现预期教学效果。“Establish morality and cultivate people”is the foundation of the educational task in the new era.Creating a team of highly qualified ideological and political teachers is the fundamental guarantee for the realization of ideological and political education and teaching.A good teacher image is conducive to the construction of ideological and political theory teachers.Ideological and political teachers must become“theoreticians”with high literacy,become professional leaders,strengthen moral cultivation,and become moral models for students.Only in this way can the students be convinced and the expected teaching effects can be achieved.
