摘 要:研究在全面解析人工智能技术在生物力学的两个分支领域(步态分析和技术动作分析)中的应用。早期的基于浅层知识的严格专家系统已经发展为基于深层知识的模糊识别专家系统,这类模糊识别专家系统已在步态分析领域有了一定的应用并可以用于临床治疗。相比技术分析,这类专家系统更多地被应用于步态分析中,而人工神经网络在技术动作分析中已经有了一些尝试。人工神经网络可以在不了解动作技术规则的情况下通过隐式算法得出一些结论,以帮助研究者建立技术动作生物力学的知识库。虽然专家系统和神经网络这两种方法目前还未在网球的技术诊断中使用,但是在步态分析与其他专项运动中的运用给网球运动起到了示范的作用。未来趋势:通过网球技术这种知识库的发展建立显式规则并结合人工神经网络分析技术动作是未来网球技术诊断的发展趋势,人工智能在动作技术分析中的应用将代表运动生物力学发展的一个重大进步。此外,这种系统可以很容易地复制,成为训练和培养其他运动科学家、教练和运动员的工具。The research is to comprehensively analyze the application of artificial intelligence technology in the two branches of biomechanics,gait analysis and technical movement analysis.The early strict expert system based on shallow knowledge has been developed into a fuzzy recognition expert system based on deep knowledge.This type of fuzzy expert system has been applied in the field of gait analysis and can be used for clinical treatment.Compared with technical analysis,this type of expert system is more used in gait analysis,and artificial neural networks have made some attempts in technical action analysis.Artificial neural networks can draw some conclusions through implicit algorithms without knowing the technical rules of actions to help researchers build a knowledge base of technical action biomechanics.Although the two methods of expert system and neural network have not been used in the technical diagnosis of tennis at present,the application of gait analysis and other special sports has set a model for tennis.Future trend:The development of tennis technology knowledge base to establish explicit rules combined with artificial neural network analysis of technical movements is the future development trend of tennis technology diagnosis.The application of artificial intelligence in movement technology analysis will represent a development of sports biomechanics.In addition,this system can be easily replicated as a tool for training and training other sports scientists,coaches and athletes.
