刍议《黄帝内经》的“灾宫”理论与瘟疫

摘　　要："灾宫"理论是《黄帝内经》五运六气理论的重要组成,《素问·五常政大论》和《素问·六元正纪大论》中详细地记载了岁运不及之年易出现"灾宫"。本文根据《黄帝内经》中记载的"灾宫"理论及河图、洛书中的数理,结合历代医家的观点进行分析,认为"灾宫"是指在岁运不及的运气条件下,容易发生灾害的时间段和(或)地域,以此来预测"灾眚"的发生,中医学中比较重视的"灾眚"主要是瘟疫,通过分析2003年非典型肺炎和2019年新型冠状病毒肺炎的发生和流行情况,提出"灾宫"理论可以作为瘟疫预测方面的补充。The theory of"disaster Palace"is an important theory in the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in the Huangdi Neijing.The theory of"disaster palace"appearing in the year when deficiency of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors was described in the Suwen Wuchangzheng Dalun and Suwen Liuyuanzhengji Dalun chapters of the Huangdi Neijing.This article is based on the"disaster palace"theory recorded in the Huangdi Neijing and mathematical logic in Hetu and Luoshu.Combined with the views of past generations of doctors for analysis,That"disaster palace"means the time period and/or region in which disasters are likely to occur under the conditions of deficiency of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,these can be used to predict the occurrence of disasters,in traditional Chinese medicine,the major disaster is pestilence,and by analyzing the occurrence and prevalence of atypical pneumonia in 2003 and COVID-19,It is considered that the theory of"disaster palace"can be used as a supplement to the prediction of pestilence.
