摘　　要：目的探讨参苓白术散联合氟西汀治疗老年抑郁症临床疗效及不良反应。方法将120例老年抑郁症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例,对照组给予氟西汀治疗,治疗组给予参苓白术散联合氟西汀治疗。在治疗前及治疗后的第3周、第6周、第9周,比较2组临床疗效、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、生活质量评分及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组临床有效率、HAMD评分、生活质量评分和不良反应发生率均明显优于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参苓白术散联合氟西汀治疗老年抑郁症临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者抑郁症状及生活质量,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the clinical effect and side effects of Shenling Baizhu powder combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of senile depression.Methods 120 senile patients with depression were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with fluoxetine,and the treatment group was treated with Shenling Baizhu powder and fluoxetine with 60 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,HAMD score,quality of life score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment in the third week,the sixth week and the ninth week.Results The clinical effective rate,HAMD score,quality of life score and the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Shenling Baizhu powder combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of senile depression is significant,which can effectively improve the depressive symptoms and quality of life,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
