摘　　要：新时代学生群体思想观念多元化的特点,给民办高校学生工作带来诸多困难和挑战,传统的学生工作模式己不适应学生全面发展的需求。四川工商学院作为四川省整体转型发展改革试点高校,全面贯彻落实党的教育方针,立足“立德树人”根本任务,积极转变观念,创新机制,优化管理,强化服务,结合学校实际,探索并实施“四关爱”+“四培养”学生工作模式,开创了学校学生工作的新局面,为民办高校学生成长成才和学校改革发展找到了一条新模式。In the new era,college students'diversified ideologies bring many difficulties and challenges to the students'affairs in private colleges and universities.The traditional mode of students'affairs has been unable to meet the needs of students'all-round development.As a pilot university in Sichuan province,Sichuan Technology and Business University should fully implement the Party's educational policy,base on the basic task of "cultivating talents with moral integrity",actively change ideas,innovate mechanism,optimize management,as well as strengthen service.Combining with the actual situation of the university,it explores and implements the four cares and four trainings mode on students'affairs,which opens up a new horizon and finds a new mode for the growth and development of private college students and the university's reform and development.
