摘　　要：“就业是最大的民生”,做好高校毕业生的就业工作,不仅是改善民生的头等大事,也是社会和谐稳定的重要保障。毕业生就业质量则是人才培养质量的核心内容,是检验高等教育改革发展成果的重要指标。近年来,四川工商学院立足成都、服务四川、面向西部,为地方经济社会发展服务,坚持“应用型”办学定位,以就业为导向,通过构建“校企同盟、师生同力、校友同心、保障同步”以及“全程化、全员化、专业化、信息化、个性化”的“四同五化”就业工作体系,精准实施“固本、开源、重基、出新”的就业工作“四大举措”,走出了一条行而有效,行而有力的就业服务特色之路,有力推动了学校毕业生就业工作,就业率和就业质量明显提升。"employment is the greatest livelihood".Doing a good job in the employment of college graduates is not only a top priority in improving people's livelihood,but also an important guarantee for social harmony and stability.The employment quality of graduates is the core content of talent cultivation and an important index to examine the results of higher education reform and development.With the concept of facing the west and serving Sichuan,Sichuan Technology and Business University,based in Chengdu,recendy focuses on the local economic and social development.Adhering to the application-oriented school positioning,and employment-oriented thought,it establishes the employment working system of"four joint efforts with five changes".The four joint efforts contain school-enterprise alliance,teachers and students with one force,concentric alumni as well as guarantee on synchronization.The five changes include the whole process,the whole stafi^the specialization,the information and the individuation.Sichuan Technology and Business University will implement the four major measures for employment that are based on solid foundation,open source,new fundamentals and creations.It has found a way to provide effective employment services,which has given a strong boost to the employment of college graduates and significantly improved the employment rate and quality of employment.
