摘 要:目的在喉癌的教学中应用微课翻转课堂的教学方法,探讨喉癌教学的新方法和评估教学效果。方法随机选取哈尔滨医科大学2015级临床医学五年制学生100名作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用微课翻转课堂的教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法进行授课,课程结束后,通过客观答题考试和主观学习感受评价分析两组学生的基础知识、临床病例分析及学习感受等方面的差异。结果两组在耳鼻喉科基础知识、临床病例分析及学习感受等方面均有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在喉癌的教学过程中应用微课翻转课堂的教学模式,教学效果明显优于传统教学模式,提高了学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,有着广阔的应用前景。Objective To explore the teaching effect of micro-class flipped classroom in laryngeal cancer teaching.Methods 100 five-year clinical medicine students of 2015 were randomly selected from Harbin medical university.Randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,experimental group using micro turn class classroom teaching method,the control group using traditional teaching methods for teaching,after the completion of this course,through objective answer examination and subjective evaluation and analysis on the basis of two groups of students learning experience knowledge,clinical case analysis and differences such as learning experience.Results There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the basic knowledge of otolaryngology,clinical case analysis and learning experience(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching process of laryngeal cancer,the teaching model of micro-class flipped classroom is applied,and the teaching effect is obviously better than the traditional teaching model,which improves students'ability to analyze and solve problems,and has a broad application prospect.
