摘 要:目的探讨学生标准化病人(student standardized patients,SSP)在中医脑病科实践教学中的应用。方法从广西中医药大学第一附属医院中医住院医师规范化培训医师中随机抽取学员,分为SSP试验组和传统教学对照组,评估两组的教学效果。结果SSP组在5项实践教学效果评价项目均明显高于传统教学组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SSP组临床技能成绩、病案分析成绩均高于传统教学组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将SSP引入中医脑病科规范化培训教学,显著提升规培医师的学习积极性,增强了规培医师的临床实践能力。Objective To study the application of student standardized patients(SSP)on practical teaching in encephalopathy department.Methods We randomly recruited participants from the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi university of Chinese medicine,divided them into SSP group and conventional teaching group,then evaluate the teaching effects between both groups.Results Our study find that SSP group received a better teaching effect than conventional teaching group when evaluated with five practical teaching effect evaluation items,the difference has statistics significance(P<0.05);the score of clinical skills and clinical case analysis of SSP group were higher than conventional teaching group,the difference has statistics significance(P<0.05).Conclusions This study suggests that we should introduce SSP into national residents training program,it could largely enhance residents learning motivation and improve their clinical practice skills.
