摘 要:目的探究肺癌PET-CT模拟定位靶区勾画分析。方法选取肺癌患者30例,在我院于2019年7月-2019年12月进行诊断,显像及定位选择西门子Biograph flow 64,实现图像融合,把扫描数据输入计划系统内,放疗科医师对比分析PET-CT、 CT、PET图像,确认后勾画靶区。结果临床分期提升8例,其中ⅢB期者为Ⅳ期,ⅢA期为ⅢB期各4例;一致的占22例。有24例定位前纵隔淋巴结≥1.0 cm,Biograph flow 64均为高放射性摄取,其中显示为高放射摄取,合并有<1.0 cm的淋巴结占7例;有6例CT纵隔淋巴结直径<1.0 cm者,未见有放射性摄取。结论针对肺癌患者,通过结合解剖影像与功能影像,采用PET-CT模拟定位,可实现对放疗靶区的确认及勾画,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the outline analysis of PETCT simulated localization target for lung cancer.Methods From July 2019 to December 2019,30 patients with lung cancer were diagnosed in our hospital.Siemens Biograph flow 64 was selected for imaging and localization to realize image fusion.The scanning data were inputted into the planning system,PET-CT,CT,PET images were compared and analyzed by radiotherapy doctors,and the target area was sketched after confirmation.Results The clinical stage was improved in 8 cases,including stageⅢB inⅣstage,stageⅢA in stageⅢB in 4 cases,and consistent in 22 cases.There were 24 cases before localization.When the mediastinal lymph nodes were≥1.0 cm,biograph flow 64 showed high radiation uptake,including 7 cases with<1.0 cm lymph nodes,and 6 cases with CT mediastinal lymph nodes diameter<1.0 cm.No radioactivity uptake was found.Conclusion For patients with lung cancer,by combining anatomical images and functional images,PET-CT can be used to simulate and locate the target area of radiotherapy.
