摘 要:目的评价改进非语言性沟通技巧的运用对ICU护理工作质量以及患者满意度等方面的影响,以促进ICU患者康复。方法选择本院ICU收治的患者,总计120例。随机分为常规护理、常规护理配合改进非语言性沟通技巧的对照组和试验组,各60例。对比对照组与试验组ICU患者的护理满意度、主动配合率、情绪评分以及护理质量评分。结果试验组ICU患者的护理满意度、主动配合率、护理质量评分均明显高于对照组,情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予ICU患者常规护理的同时配合改进非语言性沟通技巧可以进一步提高患者的配合度、满意度,稳定患者情绪,并整体上提升科室护理服务质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of improving the use of nonverbal communication skills on the quality of ICU nursing work and patients'satisfaction,so as to promote the rehabilitation of ICU patients.Methods 120 patients in ICU of our hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the experimental group,60 cases in each group.Compared with the control group and the experimental group ICU patients'nursing satisfaction,active cooperation rate,emotional score and nursing quality score.Results The scores of nursing satisfaction,active cooperation rate and nursing quality of ICU patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the scores of emotion were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improvement of nonverbal communication skills can further improve the degree of cooperation and satisfaction of patients,stabilize patients'emotions,and improve the quality of nursing services in the department as a whole.
