玻璃体切割术联合内界膜剥离术治疗高度近视黄斑裂孔的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨玻璃体切割术(PPV)联合内界膜剥离术(ILMP)治疗高度近视黄斑裂孔的临床效果。方法:选择本院2019年1月~2019年12月收治的100例高度近视黄斑裂孔患者,随机均分两组,每组各50例,对照组采用PPV治疗,研究组采用PPV联合内界膜剥离术治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:术后6个月研究组最佳矫正视力优于对照组(P<0.05);术后1个月及术后6个月研究组黄斑中心凹平均厚度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PPV联合内界膜剥离术治疗高度近视黄斑裂孔的效果显著,相比单纯采用PPV治疗有利于提高术后患者最佳矫正视力,并改善黄斑中心凹平均厚度,有助于黄斑裂孔的闭合和视网膜复位。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of vitrectomy(PPV)combined with internal limiting membrane peeling(ILMP)in the treatment of macular hole in high myopia.Methods:100 patients with high myopia and macular hole in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group,the control group was treated with PPV,the study group was treated with PPV combined with internal limiting membrane peeling,and the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results:6 months after operation,the best corrected visual acuity of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);1 month and 6 months after operation,the mean thickness of fovea in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PPV combined with ILMP is effective in the treatment of macular hole in high myopia,compared with PPV,it can improve the best corrected visual acuity and the average thickness of macular fovea,which is helpful to the closure of macular hole and the reduction of retina.
