绷带镜治疗持续性角膜上皮缺损的临床评价

摘　　要：目的:评析绷带镜在持续性角膜上皮缺损患者治疗中的临床效果。方法:抽取在本院眼科就诊治疗的68例持续性角膜上皮缺损患者作为本研究的被选取对象,病例选取时间为2016年5月~2019年5月,为方便临床研究的顺利展开所有被选取对象均采用数字随机表法进行分组处理,共分为研究组(34例)和对照组(34例)。两组患者在确诊后均行手术治疗,研究组患者术后佩戴绷带镜。本研究将通过对比两组患者治疗前后的最佳矫正视力、治疗效果和并发症发生率,评析绷带镜在持续性角膜上皮缺损患者治疗中的临床效果。结果:利用统计学软件对组间各项观察指标数据进行验证处理后发现,两组患者治疗前的最佳矫正视力差异较小(P>0.05),对照组患者治疗后的并发症发生率虽略高于研究组,但组间差异无意义(P>0.05);研究组患者术后1个月时的最佳矫正视力和治疗有效率均要显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:绷带镜在持续性角膜上皮缺损患者中的治疗效果显著,有助于患者临床症状的改善和视力提升,且患者术后并发症发生率也较低,具有安全性高的优点。To evaluate the clinical effect of bandage mirror in the treatment of patients with persistent corneal epithelial defects.Methods:68 patients with persistent corneal epithelial defects treated in the ophthalmology department of our hospital were selected as the selected subjects of this study.The cases were selected from May 2016 to May 2019.All were selected to facilitate the smooth development of clinical research.The subjects were grouped and processed by number random table method,and were divided into study group(34 cases)and control group(34 cases).Patients in both groups underwent surgical treatment after diagnosis,and patients in the study group wore bandage mirrors after surgery.This study will compare the best corrected visual acuity,treatment effect and complication rate of the two groups before and after treatment,and evaluate the clinical effect of bandage mirror in the treatment of patients with persistent corneal epithelial defects.Results:After using statistical software to verify and process the observation index data between the groups,it was found that the difference in best corrected visual acuity before treatment between the two groups was small(P>0.05).Although the incidence of complications in the control group was slightly higher than the study group,but the difference between the groups is not significant(P>0.05);the best corrected visual acuity and treatment efficiency of patients in the study group at one month postoperatively were significantly higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Bandage mirror has a significant therapeutic effect in patients with persistent corneal epithelial defects,which is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms and vision of patients,and the incidence of postoperative complications is also low.It has the advantages of high safety.
