摘　　要：安哥拉和中国正在制定《互惠投资保护协定》。我国开始对包括工厂、农场和银行在内的195家国有公司和资产进行私有化的进程。希望看到中国企业参与其中。On September 25,President Xi Jinping had a telephone conversation with Angolan President Joao Lourengo.President Lourengo said that Chinese companies'investment would always be welcomed in Angola to expand cooperation in economic and trade sectors.He also thanked China for providing assistance to African countries including Angola in the fight against the pandemic,and hoped to strengthen cooperation in future with China in areas such as vaccines research.
