摘  要:淀粉︰六偏磷酸钠︰乙酸酐(质量比)=100∶2∶7.5,温度50℃,pH值11.0,反应时间分别为:磷酸化交联4 h,乙酰化交联3h的最佳条件下,对玉米淀粉进行了乙酰化改性;通过SEM对淀粉,改性淀粉和增塑改性淀粉的形态结构进行了分析比较;利用FT-IR分析了改性淀粉及发泡材料的红外谱图变化;使用TGA分析了增塑改性淀粉复合材料的热稳定性能。结果表明:将增塑乙酰化改性淀粉与EVA、POE等在密炼机中共混来制备淀粉复合材料,在适当的工艺条件下硫化发泡,可以制备出环境友好型复合发泡材料;SEM分析表明:增塑改性淀粉与EVA具有较好的相容性。增塑改性淀粉用量从16%~24%变化时,部分未与EVA橡塑材料相容的淀粉颗粒虽然没有形成大规模聚集,但会影响到复合材料的发泡效果;经过增塑改性处理的淀粉,不能完全与EVA橡塑材料相容;热失重分析显示,加入增塑改性淀粉后,复合材料的初始失重温度明显提前,复合发泡鞋底材料的热稳定性有所降低,加入增塑改性淀粉确实可以提高复合材料的可降解性能。Under the ideal conditions of 100∶2∶7.5 mass ratio of starch∶ sodium hexametaphosphate∶ acetic anhydride, 50 ℃, pH value of 11.0, reaction durations of 4 h for phosphorylated crosslinking and 3 h for acetylated crosslinking, corn starch was chemically modified through acetylation.The morphology of starch, chemically modified starch and chemically modified plasticized starch were analyzed and compared through SEM.FT-IR was used to analyze the infrared spectra of the chemically modified starch and foaming materials.The thermal stability of chemically modified plasticized starch was analyzed by TGA.The results show that by adding plasticized acetylated starch together with EVA, POE, etc.in an internal mixer, followed by vulcanized foaming under appropriate processing conditions, environmentally friendly composite foaming materials can be generated.SEM analysis show that chemically modified plasticized starch has good compatibility with EVA materials.When the ratio of chemically modified plasticized starch in the compound changed from 16% to 24%, although the starch particles that failed to mix with EVA material did not form large-scale aggregation, they still have negative impact on the foaming effect of the composite material.Results also indicate that chemically modified plasticized starch isn’t completely compatible with EVA materials.TGA show that with the addition of chemically modified plasticized starch, the initial weight loss temperature of the composite material arrives significantly earlier, the thermal stability of the composite foam sole material is slightly reduced and the degradability of the composite material is indeed improved.
