阿卡波糖治疗晚期倾倒综合征一例报道

摘　　要：倾倒综合征是胃食管术后常见的一种并发症,表现形式多样。本文报道1例以低血糖昏迷为首发症状的晚期倾倒综合征患者,使用动态血糖监测及阿卡波糖治疗,取得良好的BG管理,并对近年来晚期倾倒综合征的内科治疗方法进行复习及归纳,旨在提高低血糖管理水平,改善患者生活质量。Dumping syndrome,a common complication of esophageal,gastric surgery,includes variety of symptoms.We here in describe a woman who had undergone an esophagectomy and suffered from postprandial hypoglycemia characterized by a loss of consciousness.She was subsequently treated with acarbose,supplemented by CGMS(continuous glucose monitoring system)and achieved successful blood glucose management.Meanwhile,this paper has a system review of medical management of late dumping syndrome,aiming to improve hypoglycemia and life quality of patients.
