摘 要:为定量描述自驾车游客对景区共享泊位的选择行为影响因素,分析自驾车游客停车行为,以便于制定科学合理的景区共享泊位规划策略。本文通过Logistic模型,建立基于停车者视角的旅游景区共享泊位选择行为分析模型。研究表明:寻泊时间、步行距离是自驾车游客选择共享泊位时最为关注的因素,其影响程度占比分别为43%和33%,而收入、停车时长与停车费用对其泊位选择的影响程度并不大。此外,当驾车者对景区周边交通状况越熟悉,或者驾车出游时停车寻位越难的情况下,其选择共享泊位的意愿越强烈。据此,本文提出完善景区共享泊位规划和提高共享泊位使用效率的措施与建议。In order to quantitatively describe the influencing factors of self-driving tourists’choice of berth sharing behaviors in scenic spots,and analyze the parking behaviors of self-driving tourists,scientific and reasonable berth sharing planning strategies of scenic spots can be formulated.Through Logistic model,this paper establishes a behavioral analysis model of sharing berth selection in tourist scenic spots based on the perspective of parkers.The study shows that:berthing time and walking distance are the most important factors for self-driving tourists to choose to share berths,and their influence degree accounts for 43%and 33%respectively,while income,parking time and parking cost have little influence on their berth selection.In addition,when tourists are more familiar with the traffic conditions around the scenic area and it is more difficult to find a parking space for driving,they will have a stronger willingness to choose a shared berth.Accordingly,measures and suggestions for improving berth sharing planning and improving berth sharing efficiency are put forward.
