摘  要:采用有限元非线性分析方法,针对正交各向异性钛制圆柱壳及开孔接管结构,探讨不同结构参数对其临界失稳压力P cr的影响。结果表明,钛制圆柱壳及开孔接管结构,其正交各向异性材料P cr普遍高于材料性能取轧制方向数据的各向同性材料约8%~19%。随着长径比的增大,正交各向异性材料的增强效应有所降低。正交各向异性圆柱壳开孔接管结构对圆柱壳的外压稳定性具有削弱作用,各结构参数对P cr削弱系数具有不同的影响程度。随着δet/δe,D/δe,L/D的减小,开孔率ρ对圆柱壳P cr的削弱效应随之增大,本文计算参数范围内,最大削弱系数为0.7380。基于JB/T 4745—2002外压图算法,对正交各向异性钛制圆柱壳开孔接管结构临界失稳压力P cr进行回归分析,得到其临界失稳压力P cr的回归方程,为正交各向异性钛制圆柱壳开孔接管结构稳定性研究及工程应用提供借鉴。The effects of different structural parameters on the critical buckling pressure P cr of orthotropic titanium cylindrical shell with nozzle structure were investigated using the nonlinear finite element analysis method.The results show that the P cr of orthotropic material of titanium cylindrical shell and opening nozzle structure was generally 8%~19%higher than that of isotropic material with the rolling direction data.With the increase of length diameter ratio,the strengthening effect of orthotropic materials decreases somewhat.It is indicated that the opening nozzle structure of orthotropic cylindrical shell weakens the stability of cylindrical shell under external pressure,and the structural parameters have different degree of effect on the weakening coefficient of P cr.With the decrease ofδet/δe,D/δe,L/D,the weakening effect of opening ratioρon P cr of cylindrical shell increased.The maximum weakening coefficient was 0.7380 within the range of calculation parameters in this paper.Based on external pressure diagram algorithm in JB/T 4745—2002,the regression analysis of P cr of the orthotropic titanium cylindrical shell with opening nozzle was carried out,and the regression equation of the critical buckling pressure P cr was obtained,which provides a reference for the structural stability research and engineering application of the orthotropic titanium cylindrical shell with opening nozzle structure.
