马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合地奥司明对混合痔术后伤口愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合地奥司明对混合痔术后伤口愈合的影响。方法:选取98例混合痔患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组49例。2组均采用外剥内扎术治疗,并于术后服用左氧氟沙星抗感染,对照组在此基础上给予地奥司明口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏外敷。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、水肿评分,记录2组创口愈合时间。结果:观察组总有效率为95.92%,对照组总有效率为81.63%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后7 d,2组VAS评分、水肿评分均较术后下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分、水肿评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后创口愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合地奥司明治疗混合痔术后患者,可以减轻术后疼痛及水肿,加速创口愈合。Objective:To observe the effect of musk hemorrhoids ointment combined with diosmin on wound healing after surgery of mixes hemorrhoids.Methods:A total of 98 cases of patients with mixes hemorrhoids were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,49 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with external dissection and internal ligation,and given oral administration of levofloxacin to avoid infections after surgery.The control group was additionally given oral administration of diosmin,and the observation group was additionally given external application of musk hemorrhoids ointment based on the treatment of the control group.The scores of pain and edema before and after treatment,and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.The wound healing time between the two groups were recorded.Results:The total effective rate was 95.92%in the observation group,and 81.63%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).On the 7 thday after surgery,the scores of VAS and edema in the two groups were decreased when compared with those after surgery,differences being significant(P<0.05);the scores of VAS and edema in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).The average wound healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients after surgery of mixes hemorrhoids,the therapy of musk hemorrhoids ointment combined with diosmin can relieve postoperative pain and edema,and accelerate wound healing.
