摘  要:采用脱体涡模拟与声类比的方法,研究锯齿尾缘结构对风力机专用翼型DU91-W2-250气动噪声的影响规律;比较直尾缘二维叶片C100、齿高分别为2.5%、5.0%、7.5%和10.0%弦长的C97.5、C95.0、C92.5、C90.0锯齿尾缘结构二维叶片,在不同攻角下近场噪声分布、远场噪声分布、涡结构和升力系数的变化规律。研究结果表明:翼型噪声声压级呈偶极子形状分布;随着锯齿高度的增加,噪声分布总体呈先增加后减小的趋势,C92.5锯齿尾缘结构在各攻角下的降噪效果均表现较好,C90.0锯齿尾缘结构次之,C97.5尾缘结构最差。在近场半径r=0.45 m及远场半径R=1.5 m比较发现,远场声压级偶极子分布特性更加明显,总体声压级较近场降低了5~10 dB。以直尾缘叶片升力系数的模拟结果来验证模拟精度,模拟结果与试验值吻合良好,证明模拟结果可反映真实情况。The Detached Eddy Simulation(DES)method as well as the FW-H equation was employed to research the effect of the serrated trailing edge on aerodynamic noise characteristics of the dedicated airfoil of wind turbine blade,DU91-W2-250. Five two-dimensional blades with different trailing edges were in this paper,which are named as C100,C97.5,C95.0,C92.5,C90.0 individually,and their heights of serrated edges are 0%c,2.5%c,5.0%c,7.5%c and 10.0%c correspondingly,where c denotes chord length. The variation trends of Sound Pressure Level(SPL)in near field and far field,vortex structure and lift coefficient versus angle of attack were researched also. The results show that:the SPL distribution of the airfoil shows a dipole shape;as the height of the serrated airfoil is increasing,SPL increases firstly and then decreases. Among all the blades,the C92.5 has the best performance to reduce SPL at all angles of attack,while the C97.5 shows the worst performance. Between the far field of 1.5 m radius and the near field of 0.45 m radius,SPL distribution in the latter appears a more obvious dipole shape,and 5-10 d B lower than that of the former. The simulation results of blade with straight airfoil a in good agreement with the experimental results,which proves that all the results in this paper are able to reflect the real information.
