摘  要:建立了碱法消解结合电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定果蔬中总Br的方法。采用0.5%四甲基氢氧化铵水溶液超声20 min和90℃烘箱恒温30 min碱法消解样品,样品中的Br-在碱环境中稳定存在,通过ICP-MS测定样品中的总Br。研究表明:Br标准溶液质量浓度在2.0~50.0"g/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.999,方法定量限为50.0μg/kg,添加回收率为89.1%~111.5%,相对标准偏差为1.9%~7.1%。该方法适用于果蔬中总Br的测定,可依据总Br含量判断是否有使用溴甲烷等溴类熏蒸剂,对果蔬进出口的风险监控。A method of alkaline digestion combined with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICPMS)was established for total bromine determination in fruits and vegetables.The samples were digested in alkaline conditions by ultrasounding in 0.5%tetramethylammonium hydroxide aqueous solution for 20 min and kept in oven at 90℃for 30 min,respectively.Bromine ion in the sample was stable in an alkaline environment.Total bromine in the sample was analyzed by ICP-MS.The results showed that linear relationship of the bromine standard solution was good in the range of 2.0-50.0 g/L and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999 with the quantification limit of 50.0μg/kg.The recoveries of standard addition were 89.1%-111.5%,and the relative standard deviations were 1.9%-7.1%.The method was applicable to the determination of total bromine in fruits and vegetables.Whether bromine-containing fumigants such as methyl bromide is used or not depends on the content of bromide in samples.It is of great significance to monitor the risk of import and export of fruits and vegetables.
