摘  要:[目的]评价吡丙醚在番茄果实使用的残留使用安全性。[方法]建立了用于番茄果实中吡丙醚残留量检测的气相色谱-串联质谱分析方法,并对吡丙醚在番茄果实中的消解动态规律和最终残留进行了研究。[结果]在添加质量分数水平为0.01、0.10、0.50 mg/kg时,吡丙醚的回收率为63.7%~106.4%,相对标准偏差为6.4%~8.7%。消解动态和最终残留结果显示,番茄中吡丙醚的半衰期为11.3 d,在推荐施用剂量90 g a.i./hm2和高剂量135 g a.i./hm^2下,施药2~3次,距最后1次施药后3、5、7 d分别进行采集分析,番茄中吡丙醚最终残留量的为0.034~0.202 mg/kg,均低于国家制定的番茄中吡丙醚的最大残留限量值1 mg/kg。[结论]吡丙醚在番茄的施用过程中降解速度较快。使用时,在推荐剂量90 g a.i./hm^2下施药2次,取样间隔期7 d,收获期的番茄果实食用安全。[Aims] This study aims to evaluate the residues of pyripropoxyfen in tomatoes. [Methods] The method of gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established for determination of the dissipation dynamics and the terminal residues of pyriproxyfen in tomatoes. [Results] The results indicated that: at fortified levels of 0.01, 0.10,0.50 mg/kg, the recoveries ranged from 63.7 to 106.4%, with relative standard deviations(RSD) of 6.4-8.7%. The dissipation and final residues showed that the half-life of pyriproxyfen was 11.3 d, and the residues of pyripropoxyfen in tomatoes after 3, 5, 7 d from the last application were 0.034-0.202 mg/kg at the recommended dosage(90 g a.i./ha) and high dosage(135 g a.i./ha) for 2-3 times, which were obviously lower than the maximum residue limit(1 mg/kg) in China.[Conclusions] Therefore, the degradation rate of pyriproxyfen in tomatoes was fast. When pyriproxyfen was sprayed at the recommended dosage(90 g a.i./ha) for 2 times and 7 d intervals, the harvested tomatoes were edible safely.
