摘　　要：格勒先生就是新中国培养的第一位人类学博士,也是新中国的第一位藏族博士。格勒先生从事人类学、藏学教研工作40余年,撰写了一批专业性强、理论水平高的学术论著。先后应邀出访20多个国家和地区讲学交流,在国际藏学界享有颇高的声誉。文章结合格勒先生的学术生涯,围绕新时代人类学家和藏学家必须具备的基本素养、研究方法,以及青年一代学者如何掌握田野工作、文献阅读和语言掌控能力等主题对先生进行了专访。Dr Gelek is the first doctor in anthropology and the first Tibetan doctor educated in New China.He has been engaged in the teaching and research of anthropology and Tibetan studies for more than 40 years.During these years,he has written a large number of professional and theoretical works of high quality.In particular,he has been invited to more than 20 countries to give lectures after the Reform and Opening up of China.He has enjoyed a high reputation and become an influential scholar in the circle of international Tibetan studies.The article contains an in-depth interview with Dr Gelek on the topics of the history,current situation and prospects of anthropology and Tibetan studies,and the basic qualities that anthropologists and Tibetologists must have,and the research methods they must master in the new era,as well as young scholars’abilities in doing field work,reading literature and their language competence.
