摘  要:高精度矢量地图数据是国家核心基础数据之一,矢量地图数据的安全与国家安全息息相关,监控矢量地图数据流向是当前矢量地图数据应用中面临的重要问题。多级数字指纹技术能够将数据流通路径隐藏在数据中,为泄密路径追踪提供依据。基于矢量地图数据特点和多级指纹的要求,设计了一种指纹生成算法和多级数字指纹算法。指纹生成算法将有意义标识生成指纹信息,对指纹库进行实时扩充,能够有效避免指纹信息的伪造;多级指纹算法包括嵌入和检测算法,基于矢量地图数据自身特点和攻击方式进行设计。实验证明该算法具有良好不可见性和鲁棒性,具有较低的虚警率,能够满足泄密追踪的需求。High-precision vector map data is one of the core basic data of the country.The safety of vector map data is closely related to national security.Monitoring the flow of vector map data is an important issue facing the current application of vector map data.Multi-level digital fingerprint technology can hide the data circulation path in the data,and provide a basis for the leakage path tracking.In this paper,based on the characteristics of vector map data and the requirements of multi-level fingerprints,a fingerprint generation algorithm and multi-level digital fingerprint algorithm are designed.The fingerprint generation algorithm generates meaningful fingerprint information,which can expand the fingerprint database in real time and effectively avoid the forgery of fingerprint information;the multi-level fingerprint model includes embedding and detection algorithms,and is designed based on the characteristics and attack methods of vector map data.It is proved that the algorithm has good invisibility,robustness and a low false alarm rate,thus meeting the needs of leak tracking.
