摘  要:马铃薯种薯切块机的纵切装置是保证种薯切块质量的重要部件。利用SolidWorks三维绘图软件设计了一种马铃薯种薯切块机纵切装置,该装置可完成马铃薯种薯的纵向切分、切刀消毒等作业,同时为切块的其他工序奠定了基础;利用ANSYS有限元分析软件校验了纵切装置核心部件强度,对马铃薯种薯切块机进行了切块性能试验。试验结果表明:薯块合格率为93.83%,种薯损耗率为4.35%,满足马铃薯种薯切块机纵切装置的设计要求。该研究为马铃薯种薯切块机的进一步优化改进提供了参考。The longitudinal cutting device of seed potato cutter is an important part to ensure the quality of seed tuber.A variety of vertical cutting device of seed potato cutter was designed by SolidWorks three-dimensional drawing software.The device can complete the vertical cutting of seed tuber,disinfection of cutting knife and other operations,and lay the foundation for other cutting processes.The strength of the core components of the slitting device was verified by ANSYS finite element analysis software,and the cutting performance test of the seed potato cutter was carried out.The results showed that the qualified rate of seed tuber was 93.83%,and the loss rate of seed potato was 4.35%,which met the design requirements of the longitudinal cutting device of seed potato cutter.This study provides a reference for further optimization and improvement of seed potato cutter.
