摘　　要：目的通过迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)测评,了解在培住院医师的临床能力、存在的优势和不足,以便指导以后的培训。方法对50名在培住院医师应用Mini-CEX测评,掌握其整体临床能力情况;再按培训年级分组,分析不同培训年级学员的临床能力。采用SPSS 20.0进行统计分析,两组连续性资料的组间比较采用独立样本t检验,两组以上连续性资料的比较采用方差分析。结果在培住院医师在医疗面谈、体格检查、专业态度、临床判断、沟通技能、组织效能和整体表现7个方面的得分为5.32~5.78;培训年级越高,得分越高,三年级的学员在专业态度和整体表现方面达到优秀;住院医师普遍存在5个方面的不足。结论Mini-CEX能方便地了解住院医师的临床能力、优势和不足,为下一步培训指明方向。同时该评价方式省时,不影响临床工作,不需要额外器材,适合在急诊科开展。Objective To evaluate the clinical ability of resident physicians and to find out their strengths and weaknesses by assessment of mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX),so as to guide future training.Methods Fifty residents in training program were evaluated with Mini-CEX,their overall clinical abilities were analyzed,and they were divided into groups according to training grades to analyze the clinical ability of trainees in different training grades.SPSS 20.0 was used for statistical analysis,independent sample t test for comparison between two groups of continuous data,and variance analysis for comparison among more than two groups of continuous data.Results The scores of resident doctors in such seven aspects as medical interviewing skills,physical examination skills,professionalism,clinical judgment,communication skills,organizational effectiveness and overall performance ranged from 5.32 to 5.78.The higher the training grade,the higher the scores.The third grade students achieve excellent in professionalism and overall performance.And all residents generally have five aspects of deficiencies.Conclusion With the help of Mini-CEX,the clinical ability,advantages and weaknesses of residents can be evaluated,which can provide directions for further training.What's more,Mini-CEX is timesaving,not need additional equipment,not affect clinical work,and is suitable for emergency department.
