新时代体育教师师德规范建设审思

摘　　要：新时代对我国教师提出了新的要求,加强师德建设是新时代体育教师队伍建设最重要的组成部分。新时代体育教师队伍建设要把提高教师思想政治素质和职业道德水平摆在首要位置。该文对体育教师师德的问题进行理性审视和分析,提出师德建设的着力点应该为解决体育教师师德共性问题,加强体育师德建设针对性,督促以德立身、以德立学、以德施教、以德育德。The new era has put forward the new request to our country teacher,strengthens the teacher ethics construction is the new era physical education teacher troop construction most important constituent.In the new era,the construction of physical education teachers should put the improvement of teachers’ideological and political quality and professional moral level in the first place.The paper makes a rational survey and analysis of the problem of teachers’morality in physical education,and puts forward that the focus of the construction of teachers’morality should be to solve the common problems of teachers’morality,to strengthen the pertinence of the construction of teachers’morality,and to urge the teachers to build themselves,study,teach and educate themselves with morality。
