高中体育课堂教学存在问题与对策

摘　　要：当下高中体育课教学存在体育教学内容枯燥乏味与教师教法单一、运动负荷不达标、体育课中"教学比赛"环节缺失、安全意识薄弱等问题,直接影响着教学效果及学生身心的健康发展。该文运用文献资料检索法和逻辑分析法对高中体育课堂教学存在的问题进行剖析,提出通过转变教学观念,以学生为主,引导教学;体育教师应课前充分了解学情,精心备课,计划安排好课中学生运动负荷;重视教学比赛环节,提高技术动作的实战应用能力;加强中学生安全意识的培养等方法,解决体育课堂教学存在的问题。The current high school physical education teaching content is boring,the teacher teaching method is single,the exercise load is not up to the standard,the"teaching competition"link is missing,safety awareness is weak and other problems,directly affect the teaching effect and students’physical and mental health development.The paper uses the method of literature review and logical analysis to analyze the problems existing in high school physical education classroom teaching,and puts forward that by changing the teaching concept,students should be the main part to guide the teaching;physical education teachers should solve the problems in physical education classroom teaching through fully understand the situation before class,carefully prepare lessons,plan and arrange the exercise load of students;attach importance to teaching and competition,and improve the ability of practical application of technical action;strengthen the cultivation of middle school students’safety consciousness and other methods.
