摘  要:自主学习改变了传统的武术教学模式,将原有注重武术技术和动作教学转变为学生在教师指导下的自主学习模式。自主学习教学模式用于太极拳教学中,可以改善传统教学中存在的问题,在实践层面上推动了太极拳教学改革,而且可以极大地提升学生对太极拳课的学习积极性。因此,有必要对此进行实践探索和研究。该文以武术门类中的太极拳教学为实验课题,通过对自主学习的教学理念运用于24式太极拳教学中进行探讨,提出适合太极拳教学的课堂设计,以促进太极拳教学的理论发展。Autonomous learning has changed the traditional teaching mode of martial arts,and transformed the original emphasis on martial arts technology and action teaching into the autonomous learning mode of students under the guidance of teachers.The conscious learning teaching mode can improve the problems existing in the traditional teaching,promote the reform of Tai Chi teaching at the practical level,and greatly enhance the students’enthusiasm for the study of Tai Chi.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out practical exploration and research on this.The paper takes the teaching of Tai Chi in martial arts as the experimental subject,and puts forward the suitable Tai Chi by applying the teaching idea of autonomous learning to the teaching of 24-style Tai Chi the classroom design of Tai Chi teaching to promote the theoretical development of Tai Chi teaching.
