高校武术教学中传统文化的缺失及对策分析

摘　　要：中华武术源远流长,是火爆的体育项目之一。中华武术自带竞技性质,是我国民族传统文化中重要的组成部分。中华武术一直以来都备受国人的喜爱,同时越来越受众多高校和相关教育者的重视。现如今,高校早已成为中华武术的推广阵地。然而,高校武术课在实际教学中,难免会出现教学问题。严重缺失传统文化,导致高校武术课教学情况不容乐观。该文以武术教学和传统文化为切入点,积极探索高校武术教学中传统文化的缺失现状并提出改进意见。Chinese martial arts has a long history and is one of the most popular sports.Chinese martial arts,with its own competitive nature,is an important part of china’s traditional culture.Chinese martial arts has always been loved by the Chinese people,at the same time more and more by many colleges and universities and related educators attention.Nowadays,colleges and universities have long been the promotion of Chinese martial arts.However,in the actual teaching of martial arts courses in colleges and universities,there will inevitably be teaching problems.The serious lack of traditional culture,resulting in the teaching of martial arts in colleges and universities is not optimistic.Taking martial arts teaching and traditional culture as the starting point,the paper actively explores the deficiency of traditional culture in the teaching of martial arts in colleges and universities and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
