青少年体育培训机构资质认证的现状与策略研究--基于PDCA质量环

摘　　要：该文基于全面质量管理理念视角,从培训机构资质认证计划、执行、检查、反馈等4个阶段审视我国青少年体育培训机构资质认证的现状和缺失。该文认为,实施青少年体育培训机构资质认证,是政府提高对青少年体育培训行业现代治理能力的可行选择,也是促进青少年体育培训机构提高服务水平、培训质量,以及行业可持续发展的重要举措,并基于PDCA质量环,对青少年体育培训机构资质认证提出具体的策略。Based on the concept of total quality management,the paper survey status and the lake of certification for the youth sports training institutions in China from four aspects,which is plan,do,check and action.The paper holds that the implementation of certification is a feasible choice for the government to improve the modern management ability of the youth sports training industry,and an important measure to promote the service level and training quality of youth sports training institutions and the sustainable development of industry.Base on the PDCA quality concept,the paper proposes specific strategies for the certification of youth sports training institutions.
