摘 要:为了得到满足管道稳定自流输送的废石—棒磨砂混合充填料浆配比最优组合,基于正交试验设计方案,开展了48组不同配合比参数的废石—棒磨砂混合充填料浆管道输送特性以及流变特性试验,并利用回归分析法研究了废砂比、胶砂比和料浆质量浓度变化对料浆特性参数的影响规律。同时,基于响应曲面法原理,以塌落度和泌水率达到最优为目标,对混合料浆配比进行了分析和优化设计。研究结果表明,混合充填料浆工作特性随胶砂比及料浆浓度的变化规律相同,料浆浓度是影响工作特性的最显著因素。混合充填料浆的流变关系显示其为具有屈服应力的伪塑性体,屈服应力主要影响因素是料浆浓度,粘度系数主要影响因素是胶砂比。当料浆废砂比为0.62、胶砂比为1∶5、料浆质量浓度为81.85%时,料浆塌落度为27.24 cm、泌水率为9.25%,满足矿山充填采矿管道自流输送要求且达到最优。In order to obtain the optimal mixture ratio of waste rock and rod-mill sand mixed filling slurry for the stable gravity flow transportation of pipeline,based on the orthogonal test scheme,the pipeline transportation and rheological properties of 48 groups of waste rock and rod-mill sand mixed filling slurry with different mixing ratio parameters were tested.Then Regression Analysis was used to study the influence of the waste sand ratio,the cement sand ratio and the concentration on the characteristic parameters of slurry. At the same time,based on the principle of Response Surface Method,the mixture ratio was analyzed and optimized to obtain the best slump and bleeding rate. The results show that,the change rule of the working characteristics of the mixed filling slurry are the same as that of the cement sand ratio and the slurry concentration,the concentration of slurry is the most significant factor affecting working characteristics. The rheological relationship of the mixed filling slurry shows that it is a pseudoplastic body with yield stress,and the significant influence factor of yield stress is slurry concentration,the cement sand ratio is the significant influence factor of viscosity coefficient. When the waste sand ratio is 0.62,the cement sand ratio is 1∶5,and the slurry concentration is 81.85%,the slump of slurry is 27.24 cm and the bleeding rate of slurry is 9.25%,which meets the requirement of pipeline gravity flow transportation for mine filling mining with optimum target.
