摘  要:针对收割过程中田间作业条件复杂、机手难以掌握切割负荷并保持收割机良好工作状态的问题,设计了一种往复式割刀切割负荷在线监测系统。在动刀杆上安装拉压力传感器采集切割负荷信息,先由专用信号变送器和电流/电压转换模块将拉压力信息传输到单片机,再由单片机对信息进行处理与分析,最后采用液晶显示屏显示实时数据并在负荷超过设定值时采用蜂鸣器发出报警。采用切割负荷峰值以及一段时间内的均值作为切割负荷的评价指标,设计了相应的程序。Aiming at the complex condition of field crops harvested and the difficulty in mastering cutting load status and keeping combine ina good working state,a kind of on-line monitoring system for reciprocating cutter cutting load is designed.Cutting load information is collected by apull pressure sensorinstalled on the moving knife bar.First,a special signal transducer and current/voltage conversion moduletransmit the tension and pressure information to the microprogrammed control unit(MCU).Then,the MCU processes and analyzes the information.Finally,real-time data is displayed on the liquid crystal display and the buzzer alarms when the data is higher than the set value.The cutting load peak and the mean value in a period are used as the evaluation index of cutting load,and the corresponding program is designed.
