摘  要:本文回顾了新中国70年广东省糖业发展历程,着重阐述新中国成立后不同时期广东省糖业在生产、技术、政策、管理、科研和教育等方面的主要特点、重大事件和科研成果,特别是改革开放以来,广东省糖业翻天覆地的发展变化和几代糖人的艰苦奋斗过程。最后,概括总结广东省糖业的主要优势、贡献和经验。以史明鉴,实录糖业历史,反映糖业现状,汇集糖业文化,展示糖业风采,为各界了解、研究广东省糖业提供有关历史资料,供业内相关人士作参考借鉴。This paper systematically reviews the development of Guangdong sugar industry in the past 70 years of the People’s Republic of China.It focuses on the main characteristics,major events and scientific achievements in production,technology,policy,management,scientific research and education of Guangdong sugar industry in different periods,especially since the reform and opening up,Guangdong sugar industry has undergone earth-shaking development and changes and the arduous struggle of several generations.Finally,the main advantages,contributions and experiences are summarized and concluded.There are recorded and displayed Guangdong sugar industry that is based on the history,status and culture.It could provide information and data for study and reference for relevant people in sugar industry.
