摘  要:基于仿生表面织构改善摩擦学性能的显著效果,如何将优选润滑减磨性能较好的凹槽型织构合理地布置于牙轮钻头滑动轴承轴颈表面是目前亟待解决的难题之一。本文通过纳秒激光微加工和非接触式三维光学表征方法,开展纳秒激光功率、扫描次数和扫描速度对钻头滑动轴承轴颈表面烧蚀凹槽织构几何尺寸和加工精度影响规律的实验研究,结果表明,纳秒激光烧蚀工况下,凹槽织构深度随激光扫描次数增加逐渐增加,而凹槽宽度基本保持不变;凹槽织构宽度随扫描速度的增加逐渐减小。宽度为478μm,深度为30μm凹槽织构初步优选的激光烧蚀参数为:功率35 W,扫面次数3次,扫描速度100 mm/s。该研究为优选凹槽织构布置于牙轮钻头轴承摩擦副表面提供了纳秒激光加工工艺与表征方法,其将推动仿生表面织构纳秒激光微加工技术在钻头滑动轴承减磨抗摩领域的工业化应用。Based on the remarkable effect of bionic surface texture to improve the tribological performance,how to reasonably distribute the groove texture with better lubrication and wear reduction performance on the journal surface of roller bit journal bearing is one of the problems to be solved.In this paper,the effects of nanosecond laser power,scanning times and scanning speed on the geometry size and machining accuracy of the ablated groove texture on the journal surface of drill sliding bearing are studied by means of nanosecond laser micromachining and non-contact three-dimensional optical characterization.The results show that the groove texture depth increases with the increase of laser scanning times,while the groove texture depth increases with the increase of laser scanning times the width of the groove remained unchanged and the width of the groove texture decreased with the increase of scanning speed.The optimal laser ablation parameters for the groove texture with a width of 478μm and a depth of 30μm are:power of 35W,3 times of surface scanning,and scanning speed of 100 mm/s.This study provides a nanosecond laser processing technology and characterization method for optimizing the groove texture on the surface of the roller bit bearing friction pair.It will promote the industrial application of the bionic surface texture nanosecond laser micromachining technology in the field of antifriction and antifriction of the bit sliding bearing.
