商务英语专业本科毕业论文选题中的问题与改进建议

摘　　要：毕业论文(设计)是本科教学的最后一个教学环节,是学生将四年在校学习的基础理论和专业知识通过“论文”这一桥梁构建起的知识立体网络,同时也是学生在运用基本理论知识与社会实践相结合过程中进一步提高发现问题、分析问题和解决问题能力的答卷。以某学院近三届毕业生论文选题为案例,从选题方向、研究内容和撰写形式等对论文选题进行归类分析后发现,商务英语专业本科毕业论文存在的主要问题是:论文选题与专业培养方向不吻合、选题大而空、选题陈旧、缺乏学术价值等。基于上述问题提出了改进建议,即选题要与专业培养方向吻合,并偏重应用性和实践性;选题要小而实,具有创新性,要追求学术研究价值。Graduation thesis,the last teaching link of undergraduate teaching,is a three-dimensional network of knowledge built by students through the bridge of“thesis”based on the basic theory and professional knowledge of four years of school study.At the same time,it is also the answer sheet in which the students are using basic theories in the process of combining knowledge and social practice,to further improve their abilities to discover,analyze and solve problems.This article takes the subject selection of the graduates of the last three years of a college as a case,from the subject selection direction,the research content and writing style of the thesis,and it can be found that the main problems of the undergraduate thesis for business English are:the subject selection does not match the direction of professional training,and it is large,empty,outdated,and lack of academics value etc.This article puts forward suggestions for improvement based on the above problems,that is,the topic selection should be consistent with the professional training direction,and the application and practice should be emphasized;the subject selection should be small,practical,innovative,and the value of academic research should be pursued.
