摘　　要：细胞核形态的变化在恶性肿瘤中普遍存在,但对其潜在的分子机制及作用仍知之甚少。核纤层蛋白参与支撑核结构,其表达的改变是肿瘤进展期间核形态改变的分子基础。近年来有关核纤层蛋白与恶性肿瘤关系的研究取得了较大进展,核纤层蛋白对多种恶性肿瘤的诊断、治疗及预后有重要价值。Changes in nuclear morphology are common in malignant tumors,but the underlying molecular mechanisms remain poorly understood.Lamins is involved in supporting nuclear structure,and the expression of Lamins is the molecular basis for nuclear morphological changes during tumor progression.In recent years,the research on the relationship between Lamins and malignant tumors has made great progress.Lamins is of great value in the diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis of various malignant tumors.
