摘　　要：目的构建基于大规模临床数据深度学习的口腔疾病人工智能预防与诊断平台。方法本研究通过机器学习的智能辨识算法,对采集的海量口腔多模态影像大数据进行整理加工,通过口腔疾病的协同推理和智能分析、口腔疾病知识图谱的构建及口腔疾病演化预测等技术方法搭建人工智能预防与诊断平台。结果目前已构建了口腔疾病大数据库,基于影像分析的口腔疾病智能预防、诊断系统,以及结合协同推理与知识演化的口腔疾病预测分析系统和基于大数据云平台的人工智能预防与诊断平台。结论本平台有助于实现口腔疾病的早发现、早诊断与早治疗,特别是可引导口腔癌患者的早期治疗,降低民众就诊的经济成本,提高全民口腔健康水平。Objective\To construct an artificial intelligence(AI)precaution and diagnosis platform of oral diseases based on deep learning of large-scale clinical data.\Methods\This study built an AI precaution and diagnosis platform through the techniques of intelligent identification algorithm based on machine learning,collection and processing of large-scale multimodal oral imaging data,cooperative reasoning and intelligent analysis of oral diseases,construction of knowledge maps of oral diseases,and prediction of the evolution of oral diseases.\Results\A big database of oral diseases had been established,as well as an intelligent precaution and diagnosis platform of oral diseases based on imaging analysis,a prediction and analysis system of oral diseases combining cooperative reasoning and knowledge evolution,and an AI precaution and diagnosis platform based on big data cloud platform.\Conclusion\This platform may help to achieve the early identification,diagnosis,and treatment of oral diseases,especially the early treatment of patients with oral cancer,and meanwhile,it can also reduce the cost of medical treatment and improve national oral hygiene.
