摘  要:近年来国家不断出台发展职业教育的“重磅”政策,对职业教育提出了升级化改革措施,更强调了职业指导的重要性及必要性。从高职院校职业指导教育的现状及问题分析入手,将“社会、学校、学生”3个层面作为立足点,以全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人的“三全育人”理念为基准,从课程设置、师资力量、创新职业指导内容与方式、美育等方面,探讨有效提升高职院校职业指导教育的新途径与新策略。对提高职业指导教育水平,提升学生职业素养及职业能力,促进学生高质量就创业,为社会经济发展做出贡献具有重要的实践意义。In recent years,the state has continuously issued“heavy”policies for the development of vocational education,put forward upgrading reform measures for vocational education,and emphasized the importance and necessity of vocational guidance.Starting from the analysis of the current situation and problems of vocational guidance education in higher vocational colleges,taking“society,school and students”as the foothold,and taking the“three comprehensive education”concept of“all staff education,whole process education and all-round education”as the benchmark,this paper explores the new ways and strategies to effectively improve vocational guidance education in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of curriculum,teachers,innovative content and methods of vocational guidance,and aesthetic education.It has important practical significance to improve the level of vocational guidance education,improve students’professional quality and professional ability,promote high quality employment and entrepreneurship of students,and make contributions to social and economic development.
