摘 要:依据双激励超声换能器能具有多个工作频率点的思想,提出了微拓宽功率超声换能器有效工作频率的方法。在保证功率换能器输出功率的前提下,从其自身设计的角度出发提出了采用双频激励的方式,在前后两组压电陶瓷晶堆上同时施加频率不同又相近的激励电压,以实现功率超声换能器频带的拓宽,并求得了微宽频双激励式超声超声换能器的等效电路和频率方程。最后,设计了直径为50的双激励换能器,通过模态和谐响应仿真分析得到超声换能器前后两组压电陶瓷晶堆的谐振频率正好是相近的,说明此方法能实现功率超声换能器工作频率的微拓宽、有效解决频率漂移问题。The frequency widening of power ultrasonic transducers is studied under the condition of high output power.A method for micro-widening the frequency of power ultrasonic transducers is proposed that is based on the fact that the dual-frequency ultrasonic transducer has multiple operating frequency points.To ensure the output power of the power transducer,the dual-frequency excitation transducer is used,that is,two sets of excitation voltages are simultaneously applied to the two sets of piezoelectric ceramic stacks,but the frequency of the two sets of voltages must be different but similar to achieve the Micro-widening frequency band of the power ultrasonic transducer.By decomposing the equivalent circuit,the frequency equation of the dual-excitation transducer is solved,and a dualexcitation transducer with a diameter of 50 is designed according to this frequency equation.The resonance frequencies of the two sets of piezoelectric ceramic stacks of the ultrasonic transducerare just different and similarby simulating of the modal analysis and harmonious response analysis.It shows that this method can realize the micro-widening of the working frequency of the power ultrasonic transducer and effectively solve the problem of frequency drift.
