名老中医李淑荣重用附子治疗多系统萎缩合并尿潴留1例

摘　　要：多系统萎缩(Multi-system Atrophy,MSA)是一种神经系统的罕见病、疑难病。自主神经功能障碍者可表现为尿潴留,直立性低血压。目前其病因及发病机制尚不明确,现代医学尚无特效疗法。我院国家级名老中医李淑荣主任中医师对中医脑病及疑难杂症经验丰富,疗效甚佳。本文报道李老师重用附子治疗多系统萎缩合重度并尿潴留病例1例,以飨同道。Multi-system atrophy is a rare and difficult disease of the nervous system.Autonomic dysfunction can be manifested as urinary retention and orthostatic hypotension.At present,its etiology and pathogenesis are not clear,and there is no specific therapy in modern medicine.National-level veteran TCM doctor Li Shurong in our hospital has rich experiences in treating TCM encephalopathy and intractable diseases,and the effect is very good.This article reports that Mr.Li used Fuzi(附子)to treat one case of multi-system atrophy plus severe urinary retention.
