“太阳主开”理论在针灸临床中的应用

摘　　要：“太阳主开”是三阴三阳开阖枢理论的重要组成部分,人体经络系统在“太阳主开”的气化过程起了很重要的作用。本文讨论应用王居易老师经络诊察法,在传统针灸临床辨证取穴基础上,以“开太阳”为取穴原则进行针灸临床配穴,临床证明此方法提高了针灸临床疗效,同时拓展了针灸临床的取穴思路。"Taiyang(太阳)meridian takes charge of openness"is an important part of the theory of opening and closing of three Yin and three Yang(三阴三阳).The human meridian system plays an important role in the gasification process of the body.This paper discusses the application of Professor Wang Juyi's meridian diagnosis method.on the basis of traditional acupuncture and moxibustion clinical syndrome differentiation and acupoint selection,the clinical acupoint allocation of acupuncture and moxibustion based on the principle of"Taiyang meridian takes charge of openess"has proved that this method improves the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion,and at the same time expands the clinical acupoint selection ideas of acupuncture and moxibustion.
