摘  要:对让胡路变电站220 kV 1号变压器油中溶解气体进行分析,发现气体体积分数超过注意值,进一步跟踪发现气体体积分数持续缓慢增长。通过特征气体法、三比值法计算可知变压器故障类型为过热性故障,根据绝对产气速率、相对产气速率判断1号变压器存在潜伏性故障且有发展趋势。对变压器进行多次脱气处理与大修均未能查出故障点,随后返厂进行工厂化检修,通过电阻值的对比判断和器身挑包操作确认铁芯油道两侧相邻硅钢片存在片间短路,并对故障进行了相应修复处理。The dissolved gas in the oil of 220 kV No.1 transformer in Ranghulu substation is analyzed.It is found that the gas volume fraction has exceeded the alarm value.Further tracking shows that the gas volume fraction continues to grow slowly.Through the calculation of characteristic gas method and three-ratio method,it is found that the transformer fault type is overheated fault.According to the absolute gas production rate and relative gas production rate,it can be judged that there is latent fault in No.1 transformer and the fault has development trend.The transformer is degassed and overhauled for many times,but the fault point is not found out.Then,the transformer is returned to the factory for systematic maintenance.Through the comparison of resistance value and the pick-up operation of device body,it is confirmed that there is a short circuit between the adjacent silicon steel sheets on both sides of the oil channel of the iron core,and the corresponding repair is carried out for the fault.
