巴曲酶联合阿托伐他汀对不同TOAST分型脑梗死神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的评估巴曲酶联合阿托伐他汀对不同TOAST分型急性脑梗死神经功能的影响及安全性。方法选取天门市第一人民医院2016年11月至2019年10月收治的48 h内发病的急性脑梗死患者240例,采用随机数表法分为对照组与治疗组,每组120例。将患者按照TOAST分型进行分组和治疗,通过对患者在治疗前后使用修订Bathel指数(BI)及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)进行评分评估临床疗效,并对其安全性进行评价。结果治疗后,两组患者BI及NIHSS评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组各项评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组NIHSS评分LAA型、SAA型及其他型较治疗前均显著下降(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率为72.50%,高于对照组的50.83%(P<0.05);两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论巴曲酶联合阿托伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死可显著改善LAA型、SAA型及其他型患者神经功能,无严重不良反应,值得临床试用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and security of batroxobin and atorvastatin in patients with acute cerebral infarction of different TOAST subtypes.Methods 240 patients of acute cerebral infarction in Tianmen First People's Hospital from November 2016 to October 2019 were selected,onset time within 48 h.They were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group by random number table method,with 120 cases in each group.The two groups received TOAST typing and basic treatment.The scores of BI and NIHSS were evaluated before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the BI and NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scores of LAA,SAA and other types in the treatment group were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 72.50%,which was higher than 50.83%in the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Batroxobin and atorvastatin can significantly improve the neurological function of patients with LAA,SAA and other subtypes,no serious adverse reactions,so it deserves clinical trials.
