摘  要:碳纤维连续抽油杆(简称碳纤维杆)具有质量轻、抗拉强度高和抗腐蚀性强等优点,用于深井、超深井和腐蚀性油井可大大降低能耗、提高采油效率,但是由于碳纤维杆的抗剪能力差、表面摩擦因数低,已有的碳纤维杆夹持系统提升力不足、伤杆断杆等问题突出,大大影响了碳纤维杆技术的推广应用。为了解决碳纤维杆的夹持难题,开展了碳纤维杆的基础性能评价、夹持摩擦副材料开发、表面结构及介质影响配套夹持系统试验等方面的研究工作。通过试验对比研究,优选了碳纤维杆的夹持摩擦副材料和夹持表面结构形式,提高了对碳纤维杆夹持的提升力和可靠性;结合碳纤维杆作业机注入头夹持系统非对称运动的特性,优化了夹持块的结构,并对夹持块切入角部位采用软合金材料,解决了碳纤维杆夹持时存在的错位夹持块弯折咬杆和注入头运转时的切入角磕碰伤杆问题。配套作业机注入头形成的碳纤维杆无损伤夹持技术,为碳纤维杆技术在油田的推广应用奠定了基础。The carbon-fiber continuous sucker rod(hereinafter referred to as carbon fiber rod)has the advantages of light weight,high tensile strength,corrosion resistance and so on.It can greatly reduce energy consumption and improve oil production efficiency when it is used in deep wells,ultra deep wells and corrosive oil wells.Due to its poor shear resistance and low surface friction coefficient,however,the existing carbon fiber rod gripping system suffers obvious problems of insufficient lifting force and rod damage and breaking,which greatly impact the application and popularization of carbon fiber rod technology.In this paper,a series of studies are carried out in order to solve the gripping problem of carbon fiber rod,including basic performance evaluation of carbon fiber rod,development of gripping friction pair material,surface structure and medium influence,and supporting gripping system test.Based on experimental comparison and study,gripping friction pair material is selected and the form of gripping surface structure is optimized,which improves the lifting force and reliability of gripping carbon fiber rod.Based on the asymmetrical movement characteristics of the injection head gripping system in the carbon fiber rod unit,the structural design of the gripping block is optimized and the soft alloy material is used at the cutting angle of the gripping block,which solves the problems that the dislocated gripping block bends the rod in the process of carbon fiber rod gripping and the rod is collided and damaged at the cutting angle during the running of injection head.The non-destructive carbon fiber rod gripping technology formed by the support coiled tubing unit injection head lays a foundation for the application and popularization of carbon fiber rod technology in oilfields.
