摘  要:近年来,随着全息影像技术的快速发展,三维可视化技术已广泛应用于泌尿外科领域,尤其在肾肿瘤行保留肾单位手术中展现出强大的优势。全息影像技术不仅可以通过构建三维可视化模型帮助术者术前进行手术规划,同时还可以通过模型在术中实时导航,用于指导术者定位肿瘤、测量肿瘤体积以及显影血管等。基于国内外的研究报道,全息影像三维可视化技术可以使肾肿瘤保留肾单位手术向更准确、更精细、更微创的手术模式发展。本文就全息影像三维可视化技术在肾肿瘤行保留肾单位手术中应用的研究进展作一综述。In recent years,with the rapid development of holographic imaging technology,three-dimensional visualization technology has been widely used in the field of urology,especially in the nephron-sparing surgery for renal tumors,showing strong advantages.Holographic imaging technology help the surgeon to plan preoperative surgery by constructing a three-dimensional visualization model,also could help model to navigate in real time during the operation to guide the surgeon to locate the tumor,measure the volume,and visualize blood vessels.According the reports of domestic and foreign research,the three-dimensional visualization technology of holographic imaging could make the nephron-sparing surgery for renal tumors move towards a more accurate,delicate,and minimally invasive surgical model.This paper intends to make a review about the application and research updates of holographic image three-dimensional visualization technology in nephron-sparing surgery for renal tumors.
